Individual tournament

The registration procedure is as follows:

• Individual registration is only possible online on www.toernooi.nl.
• Individual registration closes on November 7. Groups need to report their number of entries per age category till this date by using the pre-registration form available below.
• Group entries will be confirmed by the tournament organisation till November 14.
• If a group entry is accepted, the first 4 boys and 4 girls of the group are assured of competing in the tournament. Additional players will be accepted according to the acceptance priority as defined in the tournament regulations and only until the maximum number of entries is reached.
• Final player registration for groups must be performed till November 21 by using the group registration form available below.
• Accepted entries will be confirmed till November 30 via publication on www.toernooi.nl.

Regarding the use of the online registration form we would like to point out the following:

• Players who belong to a group (for example a National Team) should fill out the team name (not the name of their club!) under "Club".
• Players who belong to a group should fill out the address, email and phone number of the team manager.
• The "single level" and "double level" are not relevant. The number doesn't relate with the order of strength within the team. Any value may be chosen.

Doubles tournament

Entry is possible at the match control of every sports centre till the end of the first day of the individual tournament.

Team tournament

For registration for the team tournament on Friday December 30, please use the entry from (MS Word document) below. Registration for the team tournament is possible till November 21. The team members can be changed untill the end of the first tournament day on December 28. The received entries will be published regularly under "Draw". Here, players that are looking for a team to play in or visa versa can get information about the possibilities.
